Mr. Gireesha Prabhu serves as the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Council Member at MG Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in automotive product development, operations, and strategic leadership. Having been part of the Group since 2005, he has played a key role in strengthening core functions such as product design, engineering, and manufacturing execution.

Previously leading the Product Development & Technology division, Mr. Prabhu has driven innovation across vehicle integration, prototyping, and customer-centric design. His expertise in 3D CAD and process optimization continues to enhance the Group’s operational efficiency and product excellence.

He holds a Diploma in Automobile Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Production from Manipal Institute of Technology, and holds MBA from Deakin University, Australia.

A strong believer in innovation and collaboration, Mr. Prabhu’s leadership is pivotal to MG Group’s growth and future-focused mobility solutions.
