Mr Anil Mohan Kamat is a second-generation entrepreneur with a strong academic background and global exposure. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from CASS Business School, London, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Family Managed Business) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, USA. He is also an alumnus of The Doon School, one of India’s most prestigious boarding institutions.

In April 2016, Mr Anil Kamat took over as the Managing Director of MG Group. Under his young and dynamic leadership, the MG brand has evolved into a trendsetting force in the Indian coach industry, forging strong relationships with a wide range of clients and partners across the Indian bus and coach sector. His renewed vision and professional approach have led to upgrades in infrastructure, talent, and product lines across all areas of the business.

Beyond his leadership at MG Group, Mr Anil Kamat is also a successful entrepreneur in his own right. He has founded several ventures, including:
